We started life as a bootstrap business in the UK at the start of 2012.

It was in 2021 when we embraced the global nature of our business – rebranded with a focus on the ‘team’ and incorporated our Indian subsidiary.

With our ‘team-led’ approach, we aim to provide opportunities and make reasonable adjustments to accommodate every capable individual who can contribute to the team, irrespective of race, religion, gender, sex, disability or other protected characteristic.

We do not seek to discriminate one person deliberately positively (or negatively) from another. Our focus is on the value that an individual brings to our team, such as their alignment with our values, their work ethic, skills, expertise, passion, and enthusiasm.

60% of our employees and over 70% of our leadership roles are women and individuals from under-represented groups.

We are a global business, but we are still small. So, percentages of representation of any specific characteristic can fluctuate with just one or two hires.

We understand that achieving a diverse and inclusive culture is a journey and we also understand that we are all individuals within a team. From time to time, as a business might make mistakes.
